With 14 years of industry experience in a leading game company (SEGA) followed by an 8-year stint at a major telecommunications carrier (KDDI), Sato joined EXNOA (DMM Group) in 2021. Later assuming the role of Head of GameFi Planning and Development in 2022, and since 2023, has concurrently served as the Planning Director for the Services and Content Layers.
