Speaker Guideline
All sessions should be designed to help promising individuals attend the web3 Conference in Japan. There are no exceptions.
Please provide new content. You cannot talk about content that has been presented at other events. All content should be new.
No advertising of any kind is allowed. Neither private products nor sessions touting their benefits are allowed. This excludes cases where there is a need to do so. This will be decided in advance after discussion with the secretariat.
Session duration will be determined by the secretariat. Based on our data, we will provide a useful timetable for participants.
Speakers shall make every effort to prep and prepare in advance and promise to do their best to improve content quality.
Speakers are expected to attend as many sessions as possible, including keynotes, to contribute to quality improvement.
Diversity is important to us. We cannot have male-only sessions.(without One to One)
All speakers and moderators are subject to cancellation if these conditions are not met.
No sponsored sessions will be offered. Content programs will be selected by the secretariat. Sponsored companies selected as speakers shall behave as per the above conditions.
If you break the rules, you will not be selected for the next event
Speakers who cancel without a valid reason will not be selected for the next event.
You can ask the secretariat for advice. The secretariat shall contribute to improve the quality control of the session.
