    After studying abroad and graduating in Canada, she was hired as the first new graduate employee to be hired by an Italian luxury brand in Japan. She then moved to England in 2012. As the first Asian to be hired by the London branch of a long-established French brand, she experienced customer management, event planning, and team management that strived to bring people from different backgrounds together.

    After returning to Japan, she aimed to contribute to the globalization of Japan, so I got a job at a planning and operating company for global conferences ad:tech and iMedia. Over the past 6 years, she has gained experience in sales management, operations director, audience management, and budget control. She has visited numerous global conferences and has experience as an MC and speaker at conferences overseas.

    In 2020, she co-founded Pivot Tokyo to create a global company from Japan. As director of the company, she launched and managed new conferences in Japan, as well as operated a media business. At the end of 2021, we will launch web3BB (NFT Tokyo) to promote web3 in Japan. Held three times a year, more than 2,000 people have participated in our events, boasting a total of more than 100 overseas speakers.

    In December 2022, she translated and published the US best-selling book "All about NFT" by Kew Harrison Terry, a growth marketer at the company of Mark Cuban, a prominent US entrepreneur.

    Led tech startup entries into Japan and played a pivotal role in Triumph International and Diesel Japan, driving digital marketing, media, CRM, EC marketing, and global DX projects. Experienced in Fintech startup marketing, worked as EC & Digital Marketing Director at LVMH Group and Marc Jacobs.

    I have practical experience in the planning and management of marathon events, athlete recruitment, sports brand marketing strategies, and operational tasks related to planning, sales, and management, including serving at the ad:tech Tokyo secretariat.

    In 2013, I co-founded POLE POLE with Eric Wainaina. We are also involved in activities supporting children and athletes in Kenya, Africa.

    Experience in the advertising IT marketing industry for over 30 years. Has specialized knowledge in the area of innovation. In 1997, he produced an internet show in Akihabara, and in 2009 he established Adtech Japan office. In 2010 he established dmg::events Inc. (currently Comexposium Japan Inc.), and Vueloo USA LA office in 2019. In 2012 he achieved multiple awards at the Cannes Lions Gold, One Show, D&AD. He won 2010 Web Person of the Year.

    Born in Nara Prefecture. Fourth year student at the University of Tokyo, Faculty of Economics.

    After entering the University of Tokyo, he worked as a representative of the University of Tokyo Entrepreneurship Circle and a board member of the Student WEB3 Coalition, and is now preparing to start his own company, WEB3, in San Francisco next June.

    At university, he studied mainly corporate finance and worked as a healthcare PE fund associate in fundraising, sourcing, DD, etc. He is now preparing to start WEB3 in San Francisco next June.

    She is currently working as an associate at a healthcare PE fund where she is involved in fundraising, sourcing, DD, etc. Her interest in SDGs and regional development in the business world was sparked by her experience as a member of a student team that prepared integrated reports for two publicly traded companies. He moved to the U.S. to research the U.S.-style search fund (Entrepreneurship Through Acquisition).

    Currently, he is studying legal status by participating in hackathons to create contracts and RulemakersDAO to support the overseas expansion of Japan's primary industry through WEB3.
