個人情報保護について
Vueloo /Pivot TokyoID登録、又はVueloo inc./ Pivot Tokyo が運営するイベントへの参加申込みにより収集された個人情報は、当社が、下記の方針に従って厳正な管理下で安全に保管し、取り扱います。
個人情報の取り扱いについては、本規約に別段の定めがない限り当社が自らが定める「個人情報保護方針、プライバシーポリシー」に沿って適切な管理をいたします。 Vueloo.incの「個人情報保護方針、プライバシーポリシー」については下記をご覧ください。
プライバシーポリシー
Vueloo inc./Pivot Tokyo（以下，「当社」といいます。）は，以下のとおりプライバシーポリシー（以下，「本ポリシー」といいます。）を定めます。
1.個人情報の定義
本ポリシーにおける「個人情報」とは、本社事業所、イベントおよび本サイト等を通じて当社が申込者から任意ご提供を受けた氏名・所属・部署・役職・住所・電話番号・ＦＡＸ番号・電子メールアドレス等、個人を識別することのできる情報を意味します。
2.個人情報の取得
当社の提供するメールマガジン配信などのサービスのご利用、またイベントへの参加をいただくにあたり、申込者の個人情報の提供をお願いすることがあります。当社は、個人情報を適正に取得し、偽りその他不正の手段により取得することはありません。
3.個人情報の利用
当社は、当社の営業において、以下に掲げる利用目的の範囲内において、適切に個人情報を利用させていただきます。
・イベント運営のため
・イベント等のお知らせ、キャンペーンのご案内
・CS活動（イベント参加者からのご意見・お問い合わせへの対応など）
・参加者同士のマッチング商談会、ネットワーキングを行うため
当社のID情報、又はイベントの募集申込時にご登録頂いた個人情報はイベントの運営管理のためのみに限り主催者間で使用いたします。 なお、申込者からの問い合わせの応対、メールの送付、郵便物の送付、当日の受付等、本イベントの登録処理などの限られたサービスの代行を協力企業に委託する場合がありますが、この場合はサービスを提供するために必要な情報のみをこれらの会社に提供し、当社が適切に監督いたします。
イベントの申込時にご登録頂いた個人情報をオーガナイザー間で使用する場合を除き第三者に提供することはありません。 ただし、イベントのホームページ上に明記されている提携企業やスポンサー企業に限り、機密保持契約締結のもと、個人情報(氏名・所属、・住所・部署・役職名・TEL番号・FAX番号・Email アドレス)を提供する場合がございます。 なお、その際提供された個人情報については、当該提供先企業の個人情報保護方針またはプライバシーポリシーに沿って管理されますが、それらの企業より後日イベントや製品、サービスなどの各種情報の案内を送付させていただく場合がございます。 また、提携企業やスポンサー企業に関してのサービスや製品等の案内メールを当社が代行して送信する場合がございます。
イベントは参加者相互のネットワークを創りだすことが目的です。 参加者相互に、お名前、連絡先、メールアドレスを含む情報の名簿を作成したものを共有する場合がございます。
イベント内で記録された静止画・動画の権利は当社に帰属し、譲渡可能とします。それらはインターネットでの掲載、印刷配布物、広報活動の為に使用することがあります。 また、現在又は将来にわたり、国の内外を問わず、ビデオグラム、テレビ放送、公益送信(インターネット、携帯等)、その他の二次的著作物に広く紹介・利用されることを承諾したものとします。
4.第三者提供
当社は、ご本人様の個人情報を適切に管理し、以下のいずれかに該当する場合を除き、第三者に提供することはいたしません。
ご本人様の同意がある場合
人の生命、身体または財産の保護のため必要がある場合であって、ご本人様の同意を得ることが困難であるとき
国の機関もしくは地方公共団体またはその委託を受けた者が法令の定める事務を遂行することに対して協力する必要がある場合であって、ご本人様の同意を得ることにより当該事務の遂行に支障を及ぼすおそれがあるとき
個人情報に関する機密保持契約を締結している業務委託会社に対し、ご本人様に開示した利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で個人情報の取扱いを委託する場合

7.個人情報の開示等
申込者自身から個人情報の開示、訂正、追加、削除等のお申し出があった際には、個人情報をデータベースから削除します。 ただし、提携企業やスポンサー企業への提供後の情報については、当該提供先企業の個人情報保護方針またはプライバシーポリシーに沿って管理されるため、個人情報の開示、訂正、 削除等の要請はお客様ご自身で直接当該提供先企業に行なっていただくこととなりますので予めご了承ください。
8.アクセスログについて
アクセスログは、アクセスされた方のドメイン名やIPアドレス、ブラウザの種類、アクセス数などが含まれますが、個人を識別することができる情報を含むものではありません。アクセスログは、統計データとして用いるものであり、ご本人様の個人情報と結びつけることはありません。
＊Google Analyticsについて
当社のいくつかのページでは、本サイトの訪問状況を把握するためにGoogle 社のサービスであるGoogle Analyticsを利用しています。Google Analyticsにより収集された訪問者の情報には、特定の個人を識別する情報は一切含まれません。また、それらの情報は、Google社により同社のプライバシーポリシーに基づいて管理されます。
9.リンク先について

Personal information collected by registering for a Vueloo/Pivot Tokyo ID or applying to participate an event run by Vueloo.inc/Pivot Tokyo(hereinafter referred to as "the Company") will be stored and handled by the Company under strict control and security in accordance with the following policy.

The Company might delegate to supporting companies certain services, such as responding to inquiries from applicants, sending emails, mailing, or reception/admission on the day of the Event, or registration processing for participants. In such cases, the Company shall provide those companies only with such information as necessary for them to provide such services, and supervise them appropriately.
The personal information you provide when you register for the event will not be provided to any third party, except for use between the organizers. However, personal information (name, affiliation, address, department, title, telephone number, fax number, and email address) may be provided only to the partner companies and sponsors clearly indicated on the event website, under the terms of a confidentiality agreement. The personal information provided at that time will be managed in accordance with the personal information protection policy or privacy policy of the company to which the information is provided, but these companies may send you information about events, products, services, etc. at a later date. In addition, we may send e-mails on behalf of our partners and sponsors informing them of their services and products.
The Company shall not provide personal information to any third party without the consent of the applicable individual.
Rights Clearance: This Event is recorded for the purpose of future publication and reporting (Online Media, WEB Site, other printing materials) Therefore, the appearance of Attendee may be recorded in video footage or photo of the events. For the use of image rights in this case all images are considered part of the event contents and belong to the Organizer by attending the event, the Attendee is considered to have granted permission for the use of these image rights.
The rights to the still images and videos recorded during the event belong to the Company and are transferable. They may be used for Internet posting, printed handouts, and public relations purposes. In addition, you agree to be widely introduced and used in videograms, television broadcasts, public interest transmissions (Internet, mobile phones, etc.), and other derivative works, now or in the future, both within and outside of the country.
4.Providing a third party
The Company will manage your personal information appropriately and will not provide it to any third party except in the following cases

5.Disclosure of personal information, etc.

6.About the access log
The access log includes the domain name, IP address, browser type, and number of accesses of the person who accessed the site, but does not contain any information that can identify an individual. The access log is used as statistical data and will not be linked to your personal information.
About Google Analytics
