Having passed the exam for the certified public accountant, He joined Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, where he worked with clients from a rage of sectors, offering audit services, helping them get prepared for initial public offerings, and conducting financial due diligence. After these experiences, He joined Coincheck in November 2018. As Head of Accounting and Finance, he developed the framework for financial reporting and internal controls for crypto asset exchange business as the sector grows from the initial emerging stage. In addition, He serves as the Deputy Chair for the Subcommittee on Tax System Considerations at Japan Cryptoasset Business Association, directly working to make rules on crypto asset businesses. He became Executive Director in September 2020 and Senior Executive Director in June 2022. He appointed as Senior Executive Director CFO, Director of Corporate Division in September 2023.
