Eitaro Kono had served IBM for more than 16 years as Manager of 250 people, Sales, Executive Assistant, Consultant and HR Professional, also founded Eight Arrows Co, Ltd in 2017. He joined Aidemy in April 2019 as Executive Officer. He teaches leadership at Globis Graduate School of Management Kono authored 5 books on communication skills and leadership, sold 1.6 million+ copies globally, contributed articles and interviews for newspaper & magazine publications and delivered business seminars across multiple industries. He teaches Leadership in MBA school Kono was born and brought up in Japan. He speaks native level Japanese and business level English. He earned BA at Tokyo University and obtained MBA from GLOBIS Graduate School of Management, Tokyo Japan.
